Self-service visual commerce
Manage your 3D product configurator in-house
Give the people who know the catalogue a practical way to maintain product options, materials, visuals and published configurators themselves.

Keep control after launch
Traditional configurators often make every product change a new agency or developer request. Spheri is built around an assisted-to-self-service handoff: get help where specialist setup is useful, then manage routine product work inside the platform.
Start with your 3D model
Upload your 3D model and use it as the source for product choices, visuals, a live configurator and AR.
Work in product language
Manage materials, product variants, modules and customer options without working directly in specialist 3D software.
Change once, reuse everywhere
Republish the configurator and create new images, AR links or catalogue content from the updated product setup.
A practical handoff from setup to daily use
Prepare the first product
Upload the 3D model yourself or ask Spheri to configure it with the first materials and product structure.
Confirm the product logic
Map variants, modules, materials and valid choices so the digital product matches the real catalogue.
Teach the team on the real product
Use the completed first setup as the working example for the people who will own ongoing updates.
Maintain and republish
Add new materials, replace product assets, update choices and publish the next version from the dashboard.
Self-service does not mean starting alone
The goal is internal ownership, not forcing every team to become a 3D production studio on day one.
- Assisted 3D model onboarding and first-product setup when needed
- Browser-based product and material management
- Reusable material libraries generated from sample photos
- Visible readiness checks before publishing
- One workflow for configurators, visuals and AR
- No programming for routine catalogue updates and standard embeds
For teams that want ownership without building an internal 3D department
This workflow is a good fit when product, ecommerce or marketing teams need to launch and update visual product experiences regularly. Highly custom integrations can still use SDK, API or implementation support, while routine catalogue work remains self-service.
Self-service configurator questions
Do users need professional 3D skills?
No. A production-ready 3D model is required, but routine product, material, visual and publication work is designed for product and ecommerce teams, not 3D software specialists.
Can Spheri set up the first product for us?
Yes. Spheri can configure your 3D model, material library and first configurator, then hand the working setup to your team.
Will we need a developer for every update?
No. Normal catalogue and content updates can be made and republished in Spheri. A developer may still be involved for a custom commerce or backend integration.
